Hi, from Baku, Azerbaijan. I've been listening to your videos for over 3 years and appreciate them. Thanks for your invaluable contributions to the world. Cheers!
Thank you! 😄
Best channel on line
Great help.
I'm glad I saw this.
Thanks for sharing
How can’t you confuse winner and winter then???
I've lived in the States all my life (West Coast and Midwest) and dropping the t sounds very unnatural to me in all but the word twenty. I'm not sure if this is entirely accurate.
I agree with you Rebekah. And "twenny" only if you are counting to one hundred as fast as you can!
Thanks for the help
Do TV newscasters read this way on TV news or school teachers teach this at schools in US?
Teachers don't need to teach this to native speakers because accent is not taught to native speakers. Yes, this is standard American English. You will also hear newscasters speaking this way.

I love your videos, can you please explain the difference between hour and our pronunciation. Are they homophones?
*sigh * I do love the crisper sound of the t-version, but I'm also tired of being recognized as an ESL person. Out with the _t,_ then... And thanks for explaining that bit about the _nt._ 😊
The King's Daughter, you can keep the "T". If you are recognized as ESL, that is not the reason.
Hello Miss, but " twenty " is academic than "twenny"
It’s not necessarily more academic in American English. The T is usually skipped even in academic environments.
Kheira, I agree with you. "twneey" and "winner" are a sloppy or low american accent.
Oh, I must differ with you. The T may be softened - sometimes, but it it there. (Native speaker here.)
Gracias por sus videos me encantan ❤❤ saludos desde Bogotá Colombia
Why don’t you pronounce 70 in the same way as sevenny then???
I wish I could give "twenny" likes. 😅😂
Can I buy course of 400 vocabulary from India

Interview = does it sound like inner view??? Like to take a look inside something???
Yes, it sounds like that. 😄
There must be something wrong with me because I pronounce the T in all these words and I grew up speaking English in the US

Hi, thanks for your great video. I have a question, if we skip the "t" in "winter" when pronounce, how we distinguish it with "winner"?
.
According to the contexts😊
Good stuff! Pronunciation is the key to fluency. I appreciate that. Thumbs up! Cheers!
RIP T.
How will native Americans pronounce the word "Unintentional" with dropping of "t" letter ...
great video. for numbers after 100 are you say one hundred and one or one hundred one without the word ( and )
I'm an American from Kansas, and I would probably pronounce the t in nearly all those words. I'm certain I wound never say Sana Clause.
I love it thanks 😊
No doubt, this is the best channel to improve in english language, thanks for the tips.
if i said winer instead of winter ,nobody will understand me😂
Love you Dear Ma'am..
From Amritsar India ❤❤❤
VERY HELPFUL
Thank you for your videos! Is there any difference between the American pronunciation of 'winter' and 'winner'? Thanks
Those two words are generally pronounced the same.
In the word accent which have an "n" before t...the t is silent too?
What about "sentimental"?
Good grief, I forgot: at watching the ad, the title confused me; I said it, as it's written but you always give us a hand and the heart. Oh, Lisa you are... obliviously the best.
🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
I love this. What about the word button? I've heard it pronounced buddon, buTTon, and the way i say it sounds like it omits the middle consonants entirely "buh-un."
I’ve also heard it pronounced buddon instead of button.
