It’s a very good flagpole and whoever installed this flag pole for this lady actually did a good job because the flag is nice and tight and I normally see your flag poles that the flag is always really loose because they put the snap hooks Too close together in the flag doesn’t fly good and I’m hoping on the bottom where the rope is at that when they put it in the ground it’s a solid base for a water does not get inside so the rope stays clean and it doesn’t get dirty and looking like crap

If the rope of the (counter-weighted) flag is being held only by the tight friction of the V cleat, isn't there higher chance that the V cleat will lose its grip on the rope over time? Can high wind conditions thrashing the counter-weighted flag knock the rope out of the V cleat's grip? I like the economic concept of this internal halyard design, but I hope it's just as secure as traditional internal halyard cleats.

Can you adapt a v-cleat on jumbo steel flagpoles?

Do you need to tie rope to hold the retainer ring

I would much rather have an external revolving truck and still use the counter weight and ring assembly than have a stationary truck for looks anyways. Can't stand having a flag wrapping the pole if wind direction changes with a stationary truck. Yeah I know it can happen with revolving trucks also from rope slack, but I like to see my mechanical parts working in front of me. Thats why I don't use a internal style halyard revolving truck. Harder to see rotating since they are round. I know I am odd. Bear with me!

Common Sense Not odd at all. Thats why I have a telescoping flagpole so it doesnt get stuck in the wind.

Help! PLEASE! I hate to see flags all wrapped up, liking pitiful! I need advice. I live with a highway right behind my house. So winds can be a big problem. High wind speeds and direction changes also wrap up my neighbors flag. So, I want to buy the right flag pole. Any advice is well come and appreciated.

@@MrBiasJoe those flag poles are good until you get 60 mph winds

I wonder if the V cleat flagpole makes alot of noise when the wind picks up
