Also, remove the RAM ball mounting and use an AMP mount with torx security screws. No one will steal your AA/ACP easily...

@@Twenty3Rides you removed my original reply about better units than Carpuride and about the issue caused by mounting these AA/ACP units on the windshield mount? 😪. i thought we should be transparent and share knowledge with other so they can get the best.
@@vikramsinhdantkale8525 Look for Maxca C5 pro. They are the first company to introduce the motorcycle AA/ACP units. They even channel the audio from the phone to the Bluetooth headset thus retaining the Audio quality. Units that channel the audio through the AA/ACP units diminish the audio quality.
the display mount may comfy for you but it actually blocks the front view

Surprising that Trumph doesn't provide the Apple/Google auto in built. the screen is perfect for it.

I found this personally too big for bikes already having bigger screens.
The *cheap old* Android phone is any day better than these screens.
Too much distraction and surely reduces visibility posture during bad roads.
Buddy....pls tell me if this exhaust will be legal ? I guess not....and it will be a challenge to navigate in places like Chandigarh, Dehradun, Kerala and many more
With the baffle no one would suspect. Plus it looks stock as well, so if you keep the revs low, you might just be able to avoid any issues
it seems the legal db limit is 80/82 db. I got the same scorpion serket exhaust and with the baffle removed, it is just 80 dbs. So safe to go for it.

How to buy the apple carplay unit?

Did the carpuride effect the phone battery or any laggiging? How easy is the unit to get stolen?
Phone GPS is used for navigation, but screen remain off .. Which means battery drain is not a big issue . And as it its Navigation is not used for the whole day.
There is an option to get a Lock addon on the ram extension rod.. I will get that.
Helmet will connect to this device now. Be careful, you may lose some features like invoking siri.
I actually do not ise Siri at all.. I find it a hassle . Main peurpose of using this device for me is Navigation , without the worry of damaging phone camera with vibrations and eliminating the need to carry an extra phone .
If you listen to music on Spotify or similar apps, route your audio output stream Directly to your phone instead of thru the Carpuride device. Carpuride's audio stream quality isn't good, compared to your phone.
@@Twenty3Rides oh ok. Are the phone calls coming in fine? By default audio will be routed to the carplay device and not Bluetooth. I am assuming your helmet is connected to the phone directly here.
With bmw1250, its a hassel. Since the phone has to send audio to the bike else we lose the rocker functionality of changing music, taking calls without ever lifting our hand up.
