Thanks for this video! Just started gas grill smoking and have the Cave Tools small box and the Weber smoker box. Finding out the Weber (or any with bottom holes) need wet wood chips and go on top of grates. Easier to refill for long projects, but will be refilling more often and spraying down. The Cave Tool has to go UNDER the grates and across the flavoriser bars, and best used with dry wood. Seems obvious now, but just starting out, and this video was helpful regarding the basics.
