I can see why some of these aren’t rated. Split72 is overrated and gets features for making highly generic levels and most of these are heavy on the deco but lack good gameplay. (Too common nowadays)

I'm sure they are lol, these are just unrated levels from my friends tab this month, I dont really pick and choose them
