my grandparents came to America in 1921. I only know a few words in Russian do you speak the same as Russian? like Babushka ( grandmother),Sobaka ( dog ), Koshka (cat ),and Svinya (pig ). 🤣😂. I guess as a small child I was only interested in the few animal names🤣 I wish they had taught me to speak the language. I’m now 80 yrs old and watching these videos makes me wish I could speak to you in your native language. Thank you for sharing your life in Ukrainian life.❤️👏🏼

My Dear Nadya, to make true chicken broth you need to start with whole chicken first, adding onion and carrot, black pepper with salt, once chicken is cooked you remove the chicken and then remove the meat from the carcass and add to the broth, how you make your soup with just a fillet would be very bland and not having the full taste of the chicken, my wife is also from Ukraine and her cooking is just 100%, just a small advise for next time,,,,,bread looks just wonderful,,,
