Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy in studio - 7th June 1980

My amateur attempts (I was just 19) at shooting my "pieces to camera" on the day "Hitchhiker's Guide" was first in studio at Television Centre. My thanks to the Producer/Director Alan JW Bell for allowing my friends and I such freedom, to wander about the BBC with a borrowed JVC VHS portable (but heavy!) camera and recorder. My team were my former school pals Elaine Harris (who 4 years later became my wife) and David Beasley (our Best Man). David took some fab B/W photos too.
[EDIT: 7th June 2023 - apparently today is National VCR day. 43 years to the day. Coincidence!?]
