- Hypixel skyblock is filled with mods that make playing this buggy mess of a server more tolerable. But in some cases, mods will make your experience less tolerable, and even lead to mass account hijacking. Which doesnt sound too tolerable.

The man realized he was wrong and apologized, you gotta respect how he regretted his actions and tried to give stuff back so I'd forgive him.
I genuinely forgive him cause he had good intentions, but he executed them badly. Everyone has temptations and Portal3 fell for them once. We all know that he knew he messed up and he wanted to continue helping people. So i agree with u.

There’s some really good advice here.. even safe software can eventually become malicious or get hijacked, sometimes the compiled versions can be modified from the source code, so it’s a good idea to check your mods with a Java editor for anything obvious whenever you get new versions

One very intresting thing about JED is that there was a moderator for runescape named JED too, and he helped make a clan he was apart of one of the most influential and powerful clans in old school runescape. He also hacked lots of accounts and took billions of gold from players and made off with thousands and thousands of real world money.

Rearrange the minions. They’ll notice, but they won’t be certain.
Buy order hundreds of thousands of snowballs. Then flip them for an absurdly high price (so the sell orders expire and they have to cancel them, flooding their stash)
Bid on random shit on the auction house (not overpriced, just fill their claims with 1 coin sticks)
Lock the wrong items in their taskbar.
Fill their chests with AOTJ and jerry pets.
The possibilities are endless...

Personally, I think that portalthree made a bad decision, but you can't really blame him. Most people would do the same thing with that kind of power. I found that after watching the video it seemed the admins were really slow on the matter, and I would've preferred them to wait until he finished giving back what he could, before he got banned and wiped. Also from reading other comments, I hear he's had death threats and that's just plain messed up. Sure he ruined people's "lives" but he tried to make up for it. That's just my stance on the matter, and if you think what I said was wrong then please reply to me so I can see your pov on the matter.

Hello! I've been looking at the comments for a bit and figured that i might wanted to add some stuff to the video that hasn't been said.
- First of all, i know I did horrible actions, I made a grave mistake and I should be punished for that, and I did, I received a 90d ban from hypixel(my ban duration was changed) as well as a complete island and stats wipe.
-This is a very hard topic for me to talk about as I have received a LOT of death threats in the past due to this, so much death threats that a person that wouldn't have been as mentally stable as me would have done bad stuff go themselves, and I still do get anxiet attacks from this topic from time go time.
-I am only 14, which is why I probably took advantage of the power that I had, it is very hard to control your emotions and what you really do when you are at my age, I knew it was bad but my unconscious kept doing it, I litteraly could not resist under the temptation of money, many of you watching it would not have been able to resist to that much power and please don't tell me you would have since you do not know what your reaction to the situation I was in would have been.
-I decided to disguise as "Elegant" since I really loved working on that mod, it was one of my most passionate project ever, and I really hope that it is understandable that I decided to "disguise" as Elegant.
On a good note, I really loved the video and appreciated the work znd research igblon put into it, it is incredibly well detailed and really helps everyone understand what the situation was.

Understandable, things happen... Age and such isn't an excuse but it gives insight and shows you arent just a sad old man stealing people's months of work. personally, i used the mod, it was actually really good, i got really skeptical when i heard that portalthree had scammed people for 50m+ but i still kept using it as it was extremely helpful
