Beautiful! A very peaceful room. a nice place to sit with a good book and a hot cup of tea. I LOVE symmetry in design and happy that as you said are "addicted to it." 😊 Some may think that it is not trending but "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" and there are many (self included) that appreciate the classic way of decorating (symmetry) Someone once told me that brass, copper and gold toned metals were gone forever from usage in decor (hardware, lighting fixtures, etc. I am so thankful that I did not listen but held on to what was beautiful to me. Your gift is unique and a gift is not a "trend", it is meant to inspire others. Thanks for inspiring us! Love your design!

I love the new furniture placement! Raising 3 active boys I rarely saw pink in our home...but, I must say the blush pink is so soft and lovely. What a lovely color to add for spring!

Good morning Becca! Love the pale pink flowers in your arrangements! The wicker chairs at the windows really give a cottage feeling to the room! Moving the sofa appears to expand your room and makes the fireplace and chairs the focal point! It’s all beautifully styled! Thank you for sharing! 💕

Loving your new look. I wish I could do this look in my house but as you walk in my door in the living room I have a fireplace that takes up the whole wall. You have no room for two chairs because it has a raised hearth and it would interfere with the flow of the room. As always you amaze me with your beautiful style. Keep up your amazing work. I really like the way you move your furniture around; it always makes the room feel fresh and new. The colors are perfect for spring, very subtle and calm feeling. I just love the white of your home, I don't like a lot of color or a lot of decorations (Christmas is the exception), but you always do just the right amount of decorating and that is why your home is so lovely. @@AdventuresinDecorating I start planning Christmas in late July for the color and ribbons I will use. Sometimes I will change my mind at the last minute depending on what I see you do. I don't want to be a copycat, but our styles seem to mesh. I just love what you decorate. It's funny I really liked your black windows, but then again, I do like them white. Mine are white as they are sandwiched between glass and could not change them. I just love white everything, and am changing my entire house over to white from the blue/grey walls that seem to be closing in. I too have a two-story foyer. My home is a contemporary open colonel with the big palladium window. and grand staircase. Can't wait to see what you do i your foyer!!!
