Disclaimer: While there is already a version that wonderpierrot has, I, for whatever reason cannot unlock everything following their guide. So I just finish the list myself. This guide is everything on how I unlocked all the events in the English Version
How to unlock these events (English Version):
1. Founding of an Empire - Become a ruler by using "Raise banner" as a Vagabond Army
2. Promotion - Become a strategist/Marshal, requires 20000 EXP Minimum
3. Appointed Emperor - Get Affluent Fame to lvl.6 or so and use "Obtain Imperial Seal" You will get an option to become Emperor after that.
4. Usurpation - Have Brave around lvl.6 or so and successfully cause a rebellion using the special option "Rebel"
5. Peach Garden - Interact with an officer with a friendliness of S
6. Peach Garden Liu/Guan/Zhang - Have Liu Bei, Guan Yu, and Zhang Fei become sworn brothers
7. Marriage Ceremony - Interact with an officer of the opposite sex with a friendliness of S
8. Conquest - Usually happens when an opposing faction is growing large, you will get a prompt to watch out for them.
9. Benevolence - Have Kind as your highest leveled fame for around 3 years, Brave/Wise are completely omitted.
10. Elite Troops - Have Orderly as your highest leveled fame for around 3 years, Brave/Wise are completely omitted.
11. Prosperity - Have Affluent as your highest leveled fame for around 3 years, Brave/Wise are completely omitted.
12. Dread - Have Evil as your highest leveled fame for around 3 years, Brave/Wise are completely omitted.
13. Boredom - Remain a Vagabond Army for around 3 years
14. Love - Have a relationship of A or above with the opposite sex and enter a battle with them.
15. Distinguished Service - Defeat a large number of officers (10+) and troops (1000+) with a friendly (A or above) general in battle, occurs after battle.
16. Loss - Have your spouse or oath sibling die in battle. Officiers dies if they are defeated while wounded. (One way to get wounded is to be beaten with a low troop count)
17. Confrontation - Zhang Liao - Fight him
18. Confrontation - Gan Ning - Fight him
19. Confrontation - Guan Yu - Fight him
20. Confrontation - Lu Bu - Fight him
21. Confrontation - Meng Huo - Fight him
22. Confrontation - Xiahou Ba - Fight him
23. Captured Rival - CAPTURE the above 6 generals after their cutscene, can only be done in the same battle that they debuted. (Increase capture chance by luring them to deep blue territories, capturing bases while they are still at the front, and the use of the "Dragnet" Strategem)
24. An Even Match - MAKE SURE THE CAPTURED GENERAL IS RECRUITED IN THE SAME BATTLE! Soft reset before the end of the battle if you must. Then, fight an invasion/defense battle with the above 6 generals after the first two events have occured. Friendship does not seem to matter, but I have had Xiahou Ba not willing to give me this cutscene until he was at A friendliness. Could be random.
25. Endings - Brave - Have this as your main fame and win the game
26. Endings - Wise - Have this as your main fame and win the game
27. Endings - Kind - Have this as your main fame and win the game
28. Endings - Affluent - Have this as your main fame and win the game
29. Endings - Orderly - Have this as your main fame and win the game
30. Endings - Evil - Have this as your main fame and win the game
31. Unification 1 - Win the game as Leader or a Marshal/Strategist with good relationship to your ruler.
32. Unification 2 - Win the game as a subordinate, I did it by joining an opposing faction about to unify the land. (From my experience I had a B relationship with my ruler even though I have only fought 2 battles under them.)
