Hey Mandee awesome video I came to Albany Saratoga yesterday I saw Mike race and-no matter what position he finished he did amazing I notice on the corner of the track pass the pit area the cars and Mike looked like they had section on the track with a bump in it but Mike did well no matter what I am still rooting for Mike to win the next race including airborne speedway

Coming up out of Albany on a Transport Thursday for work, old weather was iffy. Got up by Glens Falls and Northward on I87 rain till Peru. By the looks didn't hurt at A.S.S.......hey....WAIT A SECOND!!😂

You were either down on power or down on grip coming off. They were pulling you 2 car lengths coming off the turn at times. That's impossible to make up. The engine just doesn't sound good to me.

I enjoy this channel, hoping someone can help me out with something though. The dirt modifies I see running in the south the driver is on left side, like a normal vehicle. I notice Mike's modified cars the seat is in the middle. What is the technical name of the division or type of car? What are the differences in car specs as opposed to say IMCA modifieds?
I'm not familiar with IMCA rules or cars, but they are totally different. IMCA Modifieds remind me of Street Stocks without front fenders, although they are far more technical than a Street Stock. The car Mike drives is a Northeast Modified, which is unique to the rest of the country. The easiest way to describe it would be to compare it to a Sprint Car...center steer but with a body & roof, around 2,500 lbs, running a big block in excess of 800+ horsepower, 4 barrel carb, and fast as hell. The most popular division in the northeast and extremely exciting to watch.
I don't want to disparage A-S but their catchfence looks rather antiquated and much too low to be truly safe. Can that stop a flipping tire let alone a wrecking racecar?

I’ve noticed a pattern: if mike starts on the front row he can win if he starts back in the field he stays there? Anyone else notice this?
It all depends on the track, and the track conditions. I've seen Mike win plenty of times starting deep in the field, and I've seen him finish close to where he started, as I also have seen with others. Track conditions and the setup changes every week, every race. It's just a matter of getting everything right and having luck on your side. It's not a job for the faint of heart.
It don't happen to just Mike Mahaney.

The racing is more competitive where Mike races vs Billy. Not taking anything away from Billy but thats an unfair statement .
Mike can come through the field as good as anyone competition at Albany Saratoga is stellar 20 cars can win on any given night
My day started sort of drab and gloomy and just not good !! Then I saw your video of you and Mike at A-S !!! It perked up the rest of my day so much I wanted to grab you thru the screen hug you grab your cheeks and say THANK YOU for being my morning sun shine !!!!! Your smiling face and bubbly personality and being at my favorite sport in the world with a great guy like Mike and his race car and crew just gave me a wonderful 180° turn !!!! You need to step it up and be a radio personality !!! I 100% believe you have what it takes to be successful in that field and if you can make this channel successful liken it is I purely believe you could do that including THIS !!!!! I DON'T think you realize what an inspirational personality you are besides who you are in the racing world !!!! To me your a person who has it ALL !!!!!! DON'T you ever change !!!!! @@dirttrackuntold sounds like modiieds are in the future for BP3 if he keeps in that direction !!! He could be in a sportsman by the time he is 12 !!! I know in my book you DON'T want to miss his years from 6 - 12 growing up and developmenting into a young teenager !!! They grow up fast enough as so as it is !!!! He has a huge advantage in great aunt and uncle great parents and awesome grandparents on both sides !!!!! His quality of life can only get better !!!!
Oh !! That is so disappointing !!! BP3 gets his 1st win EVER and none of us were there to see it with SENIOR at his side !!!! How I would had loved to seen that !!!!! BP senior needs to start doing the cameras when your not there or get Jr to get footage !! Your brother had to be doing back flips !!! Has BP3 been practicing during the winter or is BP3 just full of poppop's racing blood !!!!
