There IS an integrated charging port. Unscrew the other end, the charging port is under there.
Closer inspection reveals the cigarette lighter adapter actually holds 3 old school AAA alkaline cells. Y2K backup.
Turn it on then press and hold the power button for a couple of seconds if you want to experience the 2075 lumen burst, AKA 4th power level.
