What I usually use is old layer chicken which is tough meat. Pls when do I add the butter milk? Is it after cooking the chicken since I will cook it before frying.Or do I add the buttermilk when marinating and then cook and fry? I really do enjoy your videos

Buttermilk is usually added while marinating just before tossing it in the flour mixture
Can this be air fried? Do you think the taste will change?

If we can’t find onion powder nd paprika pepper can we do it without it pls
Such a lovely, low voice...almost whispering. 🤭
Pls is it compulsory to keep the chicken overnight?
You mustn't but it really helps the flavours go deep into the chicken
Your directions to make buttermilk is doesn't work. It's 1 cup milk to 1Tbs. Of lemon juice or vinegar then let sit to curdle, 10-20 minutes.
What type of paprika did you use because there are 3 different types of paprika?
