To get any enchantment from villager in PE:-
• Make sure that the villager is 50-100 blocks far from any working block
• Place a bed, a sticky piston and a lectern on it.
• Move the piston again and again with the help of lever and check for the required enchantment.
NOTE- You can also remove and place the lectern again and again to get the enchantment but that is too irritating
Tip- You can capture a villager by placing trapdoor on the upper side of the entrance so that only you can go through

Take villager at least 100 blocks away from any other job block.
Trap him in blocks. Make a mechanism using sticky piston and Lectern so that you can make and reset his job.

Tip 2: Give a particular job to a villager or bunch of them by placing the job site block in the village. As time passes on, the villager will take the block and start working. If you don't have time and want the villager to take the job then destroy the block the villager already has.

Suggestions:
Switch on sprint on movement for auto sprinting
Increase your fov to 85
Make your sensitivity 30-40
Lower your render disctance to 5 chunks, switch off view bobbling, fancy sky and clouds for higher fps.
Switch on show action buttons. This way you can have different buttons for block placing and attacking. The attack button is like left clicking on mouse and place block button is like right clicking on mouse.
If you are uncomfortable with split, there's another controls called "touch"
These controls have no split and also has a joystick and no touch circle.
Yk what he is playing on a good device, so no need to turning of fancy graphics and stuffs

Just a suggestion, you can make one librarian selling bookshelves then you can make books from bookshelves by placing them and breaking with axe (not with silk touch). Then you can make bookshelves from books if you want for more librarians cuz its easy to find wood and trade with fletcher to get emeralds than finding cows and sugarcane for books.

Break all work benches150 blocks near from villagers or they will link to that if u broke all nearby workbenches then u can give job to villager whatever u want with workbenches if u have not traded them then if u link them with bed they will spawn unlimited iron golem more the villagers with job and bed more iron golems

Another tip : underneath the pocket option where i had tell you to go in first tip, under the pocket option there is a horizontal moving scroll bar, scroll it to left side, this will acctually interface like java edition
