    Both solos are insane and it's funny Marty is bouncing all over the stage and Dave plays his solo dead eyed as fuck like he's about to nod off while shredding his ass off

    • @patricklee8886
      @patricklee8886 Рік тому +6

      All the more ironic because in terms of vibe, Marty's half of the solo is supposed to be a controlled virtuoso while Dave's is aggressively chaotic.

      Its always cool to see some of Megadeth performance from 1992-1993 and 1995 where Dave looked high, yet he nailed everything perfectly :D

    Easily my favorite Megadeth song ever and this is by far the best live version obviously cause it's the best lineup of Megadeth ever. Mustaine and Friedman ripping shit and tearing absolute ass, Ellefson and Menza(RIP) thundering in perfect sync together gaaaah such a great song. When it kicks in at 1:26 with the "Hypnosis guides my hand!" part, the whole band is so tight and just one together. Each piece no longer a singular individual, all working together as the finely tuned and well oiled machine that is Megadeth. Also if you're not completely sucked in and hyped after Ellefson's "Yeah!" then my condolences that your senses died.

    • @germanandreagiri3079

      What? There`s nothing jazzy in this. Jazz influence in Megadeth can be heard on the first 2 albums, with Poland and Samuelson adding the swing. That later changed as the linup did.

    • @jaumvituu3500
      @jaumvituu3500 3 роки тому +3

      @@germanandreagiri3079 Menza and Ellefson was both jazz students and musicians. The stile isn't the same (obviously) but there are some points that Megadeth sounds better than another metal band, like the groovin in the drums. Menza was unpredictable and Ellefson can get a contrast in the bass by this way...
      And try to not hate every comment you don't agree to ;) the time flows by, and the things change. And change is cool. Without this, RIP wouldn't be the most famous album. Opinions are just opinions, if you dont agree, just respect or ignore

      @@jaumvituu3500 i wouldnt consider menza unpredictable. hes very good at sticking to tempo and not straying from the actual beat thats supposed to be played though. gar is the epitome of unpredictable. completely random and and unorthodox fills, playing jazz drums half the time in a metal band. gar is one of if not the best drummers ive ever heard in my life. unbelievably technical player.
