From my quick search you should try Toyo Proxes T1R in 225/40 R14 can't check USA store size to be sure due stupid location restrictions but with very slight stretch they should fit just get somebody who knows how to properly fit on stretched tire.
It would be easier to give you some help if we known the width of your rims instead of just tire sizes.

If you have a new or good battery then you don't have wonder if it'll start...It's when the battery is near needing to be replaced that it probably won't have a charge after weeks, etc of not being used.

Enkei sells similar wheels. Maybe they have similar size wheels + easy to find domestically similar size tires, so that you don't have to go shopping online in Japan, and pay a lot.

The problem with your car can be a bad or low battery. It can produce tons of strange errors and check engine light.

Some tractors fill their tires with foam to prevent flats when driving over nails. I'm wondering if this would be an option for you. This is increased weight associated with foam and it could increase wear on the suspension.
I think tire plug is a cheaper option for temporary solution
Replacing tire when theres a foam inside it will make it more hassle and tiresome lol
