I like the house and all, it’s just the bedrooms, bathrooms, and living room are a bit smooshed. You shouldn’t have to jump over things to get into a room. But I think the house is great if your on a budget!

Also for a new build you should do an apartment series so every episode u make a new apartment and do different themes! You could do things like modern, cozy etc :))

The stairs, for instance, you can use cheaper ones,
Add less garden decor!
Mix and match within your budget, and then it could be up tp 50K cheaper!!
