I hope you become the next Kofuzi! btw, your PRs are very in line with one of my friends, and he is really strong at the marathon distance compared to the other distances. 5k @ ~19:30, 10k @ 41:22, HM @1:28:40, and M @3:04:25. But I think that if you continue your hard work you can smash your 2023 PRs at every distance!
