Namaste Sadguru, Eshakriya late evening time I want to do to get good sleep.Please suggest me the best result time means after meals or before meals have to do.
+Uma RAJYALAKSHMI PADMAJA before meals because for sadhana like this it makes our system slow and steady for sometime after immediate doing of sadhana you could check this with your breathing process So do this sadhana before meal or after 2hours of your meal (after digestion of your food)
