"Rep. Bob Good's (R-Va.) efforts to sow doubts about the results of his too-close-to-call GOP primary are being met with eye rolls from many of his House Republican colleagues.
Why it matters: The House Freedom Caucus chair is tapping into a strain of election denialism common in Donald Trump's Republican Party - but without the widespread GOP support Trump enjoyed.
"No one is buying it, but all understand this is one of the several stages of electoral grief," said one House Republican, speaking on the condition of anonymity.
The GOP lawmaker added that Good's assertion of election irregularities is "the reflexive thing people who can't accept loss say these days."*

First, the Good/McGuire primary receives an automatic recount. Second, there were three fire alarms that went off in 3 different precincts. One was set off by steam from a water heater; one was set off when a damaged ceiling tile fell and hit the alarm, a third was set off (at Liberty Campus) by chemical cleaning equipment. In all cases the precincts were closed for less than half an hour.
The recount is still ongoing.
I miss the good old days when politicians accepted election results with dignity when they lost.

"Why settle for Good when you can choose Great" should be his opponents slogan.
If the counts are within 2.56 standard deviations of each other, there is no need for a recount at the 0.01 level of confidence.
I believe there will be a recount. I think the margin allows it in Virginia. Doesn't change the fact that Good is a whiner.

Bowman lost not because of his lack of service to his comments! It was because he didn't bend the knee to Netanyahu and the Israeli government! AIPAC a pro Israel lobby spent millions of dollars backing his opponent who's a Democrat by conscience!

this is the reason people never voted, their vote does not count anyways, whether it is house, senator or president because the money is the one voting not "we the people" and "we the people " are the one suffering not AIPAC or Trump.
