The music you put in the video is from southern Italy and has nothing to do with the north and Friuly. It's like making a video about New York with Country muisc in it.

It’s a thing in Trieste, which isn’t really Friuli but close
Even the song “da Trieste fino a Zara” has a line that goes “da Trieste fin duino gho portà Mino mandolino”

This is my land and I’m so happy that you came here but just one thing, the Pinot is for foreigners. We always drink Friulano, Merlot, Cabernet and Sauvignon. Anyway I loved to see my places visited by you and rubio. So cool!

The Wren
The wren used to have his nest in the car shed. Once the old ones had both flown out-they had wanted to get something to eat for their young-and had left the little ones all alone.
After a while, Father Wren returns home.
“What’s happened here?” he says. “Who harmed you, children? You are all terrified!”
“Oh, Dad,” they say, “some big bogeyman came by just now. He looked so fierce and horrible! He stared into our nest with his big eyes. That scared us so!”
“I see,” Father Wren says, “where did he go?”
“Well,” they say, “he went down that way.”
“Wait!” Father Wren says, “I’ll be after him. Don’t you worry now, children. I’ll get him.” Thereupon he flies after him.
When he comes around the bend, it is the lion who is walking along there.
But the wren is not afraid. He alights on the lion’s back and starts scolding him. “What business do you have coming to my house,” he says, “and terrifying my children?!”
The lion pays no attention to it and keeps walking.
That makes the little loud-mouth berate him even more fiercely. “You have no business being there, I tell you! And if you come back,” he says, “well, then you’ll see! I don’t really want to do it,” he says and finally lifts one of his legs, “but I’d break your back with my leg in a second!”
Thereupon he flies back to his nest.
“There you go, children,” he says, “I’ve taught that one a lesson. He won’t be back.”

Thank you for this good video. You are so simpathetic, but Mandolins, tarantella and tango are not Friulian musics !!! The radichio you shown comes from Treviso, it is not Friuli genuine ! Porchetta is not traditionnaly made in the maneer you show !!! Another mistake : Pinot Grigio is a french cepage and your friends are not Friulian people ! You forgot 75% of our country !!! If you go back, I could bring you in a lot others fabulous places ! Whatever : congratulations for your cooking !!!
Furlano Bruno Actually Bruno, I disagree his friends aren’t Furlans. If you listen closely, there is no doubt they all speak with the cantilena Udinese. I know it so well, I went to school in Udine for many years. They weren’t speaking Friulano, but they certainly were Furlans. Great to see an Aussie in Friul though. Mandi frut!!

Very proud of my land. Why didn't you choose a local winemaker, that bottle comes from Trento wich is in Trentino! And also the choice of the cook is questionable. Chef Rubio comes from another region and is always been scornful about us. There's nothing tipical in what you've cooked, Chef Andrea Berton would have been a better choice.
Pls don't tear wild flowers, usually we don't take them or only 1, in order to preserve them. Except that great video

Rubio is annoying, not a Chef, not friulian. Porchetta is not in Friuli culture, the music has zero correlation with Friuli, Pinot Grigio is not the cultivar that represents Friuli, but rather used for mass produced wines. Tocai Friulano, Ribolla Gialla and others are much more representative. Good camera work but terrible content.
