Very proud of my land. Why didn't you choose a local winemaker, that bottle comes from Trento wich is in Trentino! And also the choice of the cook is questionable. Chef Rubio comes from another region and is always been scornful about us. There's nothing tipical in what you've cooked, Chef Andrea Berton would have been a better choice.

Why any time the same thing over and over again.? putting southern Italian music as soundtrack for a Northern Italian video would be like showing Scotland and putting bluegrass music.
Rubio is annoying, not a Chef, not friulian. Porchetta is not in Friuli culture, the music has zero correlation with Friuli, Pinot Grigio is not the cultivar that represents Friuli, but rather used for mass produced wines. Tocai Friulano, Ribolla Gialla and others are much more representative. Good camera work but terrible content.
