- Sarasota Tim is a person that, by his own admission, worked little and was a low earner. He retired early after taking government PPP loans and an EIDL. With no saving or pension, Tim bought a truck and a travel trailer. Tim is now on a journey of deception. He dresses a certain way and drives certain vehicles. He goes to country clubs to golf. All this is to build the illusion he is not homeless with no savings or ambition. Tim can be found on UA-cam giving advice on Social Security, Medicare, cars, and even cooking. His advice is ill advised and given with little to no knowledge of the subjects. Fake it till you make it Tim is living his life as if he were something he can only dream of being.

It is pretty funny that Tim wants to look like a successful retired businessman golfer, yet he’s not embarrassed to shop at Walmart. Rather, he’s proud of it, screaming enthusiastically, “If Walmart ain’t got it, I don’t need it,” every time without fail. Maybe he doesn’t even know that Walmart is low brow.

It really is stunning to watch someone play an early SS success, claim minimalism, and beg money off his clueless viewers. Then brazenly go out and boast all these new purchases and his biggest money grift, a widow, to the exact same viewers. Remarkable how anyone actually watches him at all anymore. It adds that much more disappointment to my opinion of humanity as a whole.

LOL, tire dressing is just spray on tire shine and finish, it's part of detailing the car, and if the dealer is doing this, he paid for that in the price of the car.
Being an expert as he is, he probably got talked into nitrogen filled tires, as a dealer will tell you it improves the car's performance, have less wear and tear on the tires, and helps boost the car's fuel economy.

All humor aside, $ 40,000 is a NICE payment towards a HOUSE! Why not keep the Truck, buy a USED car with plenty of life left in it for much less, and get a decent place to put some roots, aka NOT a trailer. I mean to each their own but geez. Now for the funny part, I get ALL my financial advice from a guy who has no permanent address, lives in a trailer, and buys a $ 40,000 dollar vehicle with a loan. Doesn't get smarter than that. That is MENSA level intelligence.
You really only need 1 vehicle in retirement. 2 vehicles just costs more in insurance and maintenance.

Dimmy who supposedly have had worked at a car dealership, (position most likely embellished), he doesn't know these basic facts:
1) You lose 20% of the value of the car in the first year.
2) Shopping around, can get you a lower price, and pay less sales tax as well.
3) The Honda Accord is the second most stolen vehicle. The first being the Honda Civic according to Forbes Statista.
3) Insurance rates for both of these vehicles will be way higher than other similar model cars.
This has been reported many times on the news. Recently a women didn't know this before she bought her new Honda. She just could not afford the high insurance rate, and had to turn around and sell the new car, losing all that money on dealer fees, and sales tax.
I want to know more about this good looking young, strong doctor he visited. I find it odd that an optometrist also gives prostrate exams, and while doing so the doctors hands always kept on the patient's shoulders.

I wonder how Tim can even get a loan for two cars and a travel trailer. I thought he makes 1700 a month on SS. Also consider car insurance for two vehicles. I'd like to know how he does it all. I make twice as much as Tim and I can't afford all that stuff and then go shopping every day. I would end up living in a cardboard box someplace.

He was sitting at the gas pump jacking his jaws and someone came up behind him, within a few minutes they beeped their horn, he looked over at them turned around and kept talking.. Then there was an edit in the video after that.. Guess he didn't want to get the confrontation in the video..

In short, he'll do anything for a click. He met a Rando out west and now pretends their great friends. They lied and said it was a 20 something year anniversary dinner because the guy's wife was a bit younger so they wanted the relationship to look more solid than it was. Turned out it wasn't even their anniversary and from public records it was revealed they were only married about 5 years if I recall.

The life of Sarasota Tim is like a bad WWE storyline.
True, it does, but look how much money WWE brings in. Everybody above 10 years old that have at least a median IQ, know it is fake, but it is always on TV. So, either there is a boat load of stupid people, or there is SOMETHING about it that people enjoy. Roughly like enjoying magic. You know going in that it is a trick and they aren't really doing what they say they are, but a lot of people watch it.
We used to have a restaurant here and part of the appeal (it sure wasn't the food) was they had different pro magicians that performed there. Every so often, if I had the inkling and had an open time slot in my schedule, I'd go there and watch an act. Some were terrible (like Tim) and some were great (NOT like Tim), but there was a few (like Tim) that went no matter how bad (like Tim) it was.
I'm reasonably certain that the vast majority of ST subscribers found him because they were searching (and NOT finding, on Dimmy's channel) info. about early retirement. He had some shear dumb luck to catch lightening in a bottle with a few of the videos when the YT algorithm picked him up. People watched a few of them, realized he was full of shit and moved on. Many viewers don't unsub but are never back viewing a specific channel. A few of us found him that way and realized he was full of caca del torro, but grew to find it is a great, real life tragicomedy. You come back just to see the dumb shit he puts out. Obviously, there is some great material there with great "legs", or there wouldn't 12+ channels devoted to mostly spoofing his antics.

Their he is shopping with Tammy in his local BJ's near Walmart and the Tesla dealership. Bragging about Tammie's new hybrid Honda as if it is his. Tammy filmed him blabbing about the price of steak and how he is getting it for free from cash back rewards. Must have spent a fortune.
