태연이가 체력이 방전되서 앉아서 부른거 같네요. 저런 극상의 난이도곡을 앉아서 부르면 호흡이 부자연스러워져서 목에 무리가 많이 갈텐데. 이노래가 난이도 극상이긴 하지만 그냥 몇곡 선보이는 음악프로라면 쉽게 부를겁니다. 요즘 느끼는건 목이 많이 상했는데 고음 성량은 더 풍부해졌어요.
마지막 고음까지 마치고나서 짓는 미소와 후련한 모습을 보았을때, 팬들이 이 노래를 얼만큼 기다려왔는지 아는 것 같아서 너무 고마웠고, 혹시나 태연이에겐 사소한 마음의 짐이 되었던 건 아니였는지 걱정도 들었고 온갖 기분이 만차하는 영상이였네요. 그렇기 때문에 아주 멋지고 훌륭하게 라이브를 선사한 태연이 너무 대견하고 자랑스러워요

There's a special reason for this.When the last time she sang this "UR", she couldn't finish it up well because of her bad condition. Also, she regards this "UR" song as her tough homework because this song is the hardest song for her to perform. So, at 03:00, she breathed a sign of relief after the hardest high notes. (She might be perfect if she sings this in the beginning tho!)
If that's the case then she really should be careful about her habit of eating sweets. Jelly, chocolates, ice cream, iced coffee etc.. cause aside from vocal training, diet is important as well. She's not getting younger. I was shocked to learn years ago that she eats sweets, its #1 NO-NO for singers. And now I can see/hear the effects.

In all that time, she didn’t seek alcohol, tobacco or drugs to wash away the nastiness and bitterness of the entertainment industry. If you follow her bandmates, they all enjoy sweets not just Taeyeon and all are successful in their individual activities. Maybe one day she will change her ways but of all the vices to have, eating sweet things sure doesn’t effect her endearment to her fans and public.

And from what I've seen from her vlogs she always eats very healthy when perfoming. She has a diet with lots of fresh fruits and veggies that keep her hydrated. And for singers #1 NO -NO is smoking.
