AAH! Thank you for the shoutout! I'm so glad there's a dedicated 3d community around arcane ready to start dissecting everything the show has to offer, it absolutely wouldn't have been possible to figure out the "secret sauce" without the work of so many incredible vfx artists who know Nuke inside and out
Great video, I finished arcane and wanted to learn animation because of it, and when I saw your video of you doing it alone and it looking as good as it did really inspired me to start with animation, right now im learnign maya, and its been a cool process
I don’t understand how someone gets this good at complicated software, like how I watch tutorials and can't do the same thing. And people like him know software to its core. THIS IS AMAZING ❤️
Hi ! Thanks for this high-quality video. Your explanations are very interesting, as is the project itself. You're one of the people who was able to recreate an animation and model of jinx close to the series which impresses me. I'd like to start a project and I'm not an expert in scuplting a character in Blender, do you think you could make a video explaining in detail the steps involved in creating the 3d model of the jinx? Well done for the video, it is great.
I am glad you broke down how long this took you. I think people don't realize how long 3D art takes. This would be around $20k if you would get paid for your time. Loved watching your breakdown of how you made all this, I would not have the patience to learn all these processes haha
This entire process is amazing! Thank you for sharing it! It’s truly inspiring for anyone who loves animation! Just make sure to get some rest so you can continue creating more incredible work in the future!
hi mate, even if this doesnt get as many views as the normal videos i really apriciate this as a collage student learing animation, i hope to see more videos of your workflow!
Thanks for this video! It was amazing One thing I really struggle with is giving myself deadlines for my projects lol, I usually just work on them whenever I want and that's not a good thing :p
Thank you so, so much for your videos! You did an absolutely fantastic job, even without knowing the secret sauce! @DeliProductions also recently did a very helpful Blender compositing tutorial where he explains the technique, with normal, diffuse and specular passes, which you mention at the end.
I think if you’re going to do another scene and an original one at that, Personally I’d love to see more of Jinx/Ekko’s interaction post-timebomb. There’s an artist called Zhen Qiang who sketched some possible scenes with them both, one where Ekko takes Jinx to his tree hideout after he stops her from ending herself and shows her a mural he painted of all the AU characters who’d died in the main timeline. And another where Jinx comes and says goodbye to him after the final battle when he’s sat alone in the place he kissed AU Powder. I’d love to see both realised but the latter one would probably be a ‘simpler’ scene and might not even need any dialogue and it would give some closure to their story/friendship.
It would be amazing if you tried to create deleted scenes from left over storyboards in particular a scene that shows ekko and Jinx suit up before the final battle in S2 Ep9
I’m hoping to learn animation at least a little bit in the future and so I just wanna say thank you so much!! I’ve been looking into your channel a bit more and it’s really interesting and quite helpful :]. If you don’t mind me asking, are there any courses, videos, or anything of the sort you would recommend for learning animation? Again, thank you so much!!
I'm glad I could help. :) I haven't looked into animation courses myself, but the ones I have seen before are the animation courses by Pierrick Picaut, TOAnimate and iAnimate. I am not affiliated with any of them right now.
you should have tried motion tracking the scene instead of doing the camera by hand, blender has some decent vfx tools and it could have boosted your results to an even higher level. Great work still though
Hey I have a question, what and how did you make the video on the phone render/ all your tv scenes, I would love a video on like… how you make your… videos lol. The goat of editing
This is the 1.0 version of this hair system. Hopefully I'll be able to refine it and make it a bit easier to use in the future. At least that's the plan. :)
I want to do this but I'm afraid of copyright, can I animate arcane scenes and post them (without monetizing) and make them look like they are in the actual show and have no repercussions? Thanks
The main thing you need to make sure is the case, is that what you're creating doesn't serve as a replacement to the original. Check out Fair use laws to learn more about that. :)
Hey Noggi, I am having issues trying to purchase the jinx assets, it just says "something went wrong" everytime I try to click "buy now". Do you happen to know why?
WE WANT MORE ARCANE SCENES. Yes, We will wait as long as we need for an original scene that hasn't been in the show. WE BELIEVE IN YOU. The Jinx video inspired me to start blender (Just finished the Donuts tutorials:D)
We'd love to see you recreate more Arcane scenes!
i too wery want
I second this!
bruh ☠

That's inspiring! Good luck on your journey!
That's awesome! Best of luck! 💪
8:52 god this is veeeeery good advice for beginners
Had to watch the show after seeing your first video on it.
I'm so glad I did because it was amazing
360hours for one scene. now you know why arcane was so expensive. time is money.
I don’t understand how someone gets this good at complicated software, like how I watch tutorials and can't do the same thing. And people like him know software to its core. THIS IS AMAZING ❤️
You inspire me so much mate thank you for sharing your process you have serious talent
That was maybe coolest thing ı have ever seen. Great work brother :)

I’d also need this too,I’m planning on making my characters have the Arcane style for fun:)

Even I am surprised how long it takes, every time I do one of these projects, haha.
I'm glad you liked it. :)
Thank you so much for showing how you did it, I’m also recreating a scene in blender right now
This entire process is amazing! Thank you for sharing it!

You've done insanely hard and great job, also you made an informative video. respect🔥
hi mate, even if this doesnt get as many views as the normal videos i really apriciate this as a collage student learing animation, i hope to see more videos of your workflow!
Very insightful, I'm sure Arcane and your video motivated many people to try and work on their own project or to start learning
I'm glad you liked it. I hope it did. :)
Really love your videos! They are so well edited and you explain so well ❤ 10/10 I’m a fan you do inspire me greatly :)
You're work is incredible!! I'd love to see more arcane work!!
4:08 yeah, finger
Thank you for this ❤
I love this guy's work ethic ❤
You are very talented and admire your passion!
Thanks for this video! It was amazing
One thing I really struggle with is giving myself deadlines for my projects lol, I usually just work on them whenever I want and that's not a good thing :p
Yeah, being able to set deadlines is one of the most crucial skills to have for personal projects IMO
Thank you so, so much for your videos! You did an absolutely fantastic job, even without knowing the secret sauce!

Ur making some serious new history in art
we'd love to see more of arcane from you in the future
Love this video :D
The music is kinda loud/distracting tho tbh xD
YES FINALLY I CAN ANIMATE WITH A JINX MODEL! THANKS SO MUCH IM FEELING SO INSPIRED RN 😭

WE NEED YOU TO RECREATE THE SECOND SEASON'S ENDING
someome just hire this guy
why this video is not over 1M views already
4:45 oh I wonder what people want that jinx model for 🤔
Create the deleted scenes of jinx and ekko painting each other🔥🔥
I’ll also wait 😂❤
This is soooooooo sick!!!!! thanks for posting!
Can't wait
How about creating more scenes? Like the cut 60 minute convo between Ekko and Jinx haha.
When will you animate yourself with your 2 fellow hunters fighting a Rajang?
you should have tried motion tracking the scene instead of doing the camera by hand, blender has some decent vfx tools and it could have boosted your results to an even higher level. Great work still though
Hey I have a question, what and how did you make the video on the phone render/ all your tv scenes, I would love a video on like… how you make your… videos lol. The goat of editing
You can use videos as textures in Blender. So I have a TV scene and just place the video as a texture on the screen. :)
I tried making fishbones because of the original video, the result surprised me but also felt like I spent way too much time on it for what I got
Can we get the hair system as a plugin or something free? Also the list of style notes would be excellent to work off of!
This is the 1.0 version of this hair system. Hopefully I'll be able to refine it and make it a bit easier to use in the future. At least that's the plan. :)
Hell yea
Hi, aren't you taking on the role of mentor? I want to do a project in a similar style, but I lack the skills and self-confidence...
Classic or Retail WoW ?
Never played either enough to have an opinion. ✌️
Bin gespannt 😂
I want to do this but I'm afraid of copyright, can I animate arcane scenes and post them (without monetizing) and make them look like they are in the actual show and have no repercussions? Thanks

Hey Noggi, I am having issues trying to purchase the jinx assets, it just says "something went wrong" everytime I try to click "buy now". Do you happen to know why?
Hmmm... I'm not sure why that happens. Maybe using a different browser can fix that issue. :)
@ I switched the card I was using and it worked! thank you for the response still though and amazing work 🙌
你有试过在maya中还原他的头发吗
I have not. But since the original was made in Maya, it should look even better there. :D
Hey there. Can you animate a "Monodentid"? Thanks! I would use it for the fantasy universe no one cares for x3
That sounds like a comission disguised as a project suggestion. :D
How you can do the same is diabolical.
感谢你的视频教程,我想购买你的资源,但是在中国我没有信用卡,有其他的支付方式吗?
Currently only the methods that Patreon provides are available, sorry.
Fortiche needs to hire this dude
When I grow up I wanna be like you (I’m already grown but I‘m still allowed to dream)
Lol. I appreciate it. Keep the dream alive! :D
14:21 cant believe that remake looks exactly like the original
❤🎉
Create more arcane scenes bro🤧!!!!
WE WANT MORE ARCANE SCENES. Yes, We will wait as long as we need for an original scene that hasn't been in the show.
WE BELIEVE IN YOU.
The Jinx video inspired me to start blender (Just finished the Donuts tutorials:D)
are you umm. in the spectrum?
Nope :)
Im shocked you used blenders gawd awful painting systems.. its really really bad sadly
Yeah, it isn't great. Luckily ucupaint made it much better. :)
Absolutely genius, I have no words anymore 🪄
