I was a member of his organization "SAMBHAV-It's always possible" when he was posted in Nalanda,Bihar..I still have his pictures with me..He visited my father's school,even came to our house..Feeling Nostalgic..
my dad is a dsp and worked closely with him, got hurt 3 times in head in raids.12 stiches. i feel he always regrets about joining the sub inspector post and not trying for upsc or bpsc, mostly it was due to family's financial constraints. because he works 12 hrs a day, literally he go to raid at 9pm and come at 4-5am on at least 4-5 days a week. despite this hardwork he is stuck in dsp post, whereas he could have easily achieved dgp post.

Even I was there in Begusarai for a year or so during my childhood and I had always seen him with bodyguards even when he used to come to play badminton with others in our colony. But little did I know the amount of risk he had to do so. A lot of people mistook it as sheer show off at that time. It was a fun interview to watch.

Amit , I am impressed by your interview, it proves my concept that a degree from IIT does not mean in itself anything , it is a gate pass to do do many things in the life and much different from the field we got selected . Unfortunately in our country , still it is very difficult to understand the interest of the children or the fields they can shine. When I joined Mechanical I myself did not knew what was mechanical engineering and even after passing you may get something different depending upon the availability. I wish you good luck for your adventure . It adds to our Alumina .

अमित लोढ़ा सर को हम लोग पुलिस डिपार्टमेंट का आदर्श मानते है हम लोग । हम भी बिहार पुलिस में एक सिपाही पद पर हूं और हम पुलिस डिपार्टमेंट में जन्म लिए उस टाइम अमित सर के है कलम से मेरा नोकरी हुआ और जितना दिन श्रीमान के साथ नोकरी करने का मौका मिला 2 वर्ष तक बहुत ही अच्छा लगा और मेरा इक्षा है कि फिर से कभी अमित सर के साथ काम करने का मौका मिले ।
अमित सर का जितना भी अच्छाई व्यान करे कम है ।
