I had a thomasville sofa from costco, returned it after 7 years, it fell apart in 6years normal wear and tear with pets… got store credit and bought a new set from thomasville
The instructions to disconnect the sectional pieces are underneath. A small red sticker and green sticker with disconnect instructions. So easy!! You lift the male side straight up- once I figured it out I could do it myself. After 1 year I’m still happy with it.
Thanks for the review. Now that you have had the sectional for over a year or so, how is it holding up? Love to get your feedback as I am interested in purchasing it .
I know this is a year old but I had to comment anyway lol. I love this couch. I have the light grey and because it’s so light it’s more like a khaki gray with a greenish tent. If that makes sense I’m kind of disappointed when I got it because I was expecting it to be a beautiful light gray not that greenish khaki gray anyway, I still want to return it and get the dark color like yours question is is how does it hold up as far as covering dirt? I do have four kids. Mine are all older, but they use the couch every day and every night with their friends to game and stuff like That. I keep mine covered with sheets lol because I’m always worried about it getting dirty.
I've seen this in the store recently, sat on it and really loved it. My only hesitation is the color. I really prefer a tan, cream, off white or light brown color. I'm not a fan of this color.
I hope you receive this very quickly. What is the exact # and name on this? I am totally wanting to purchase but there are so many different tisdales. Thank you in advance.
Great! We found zippers at the bottom of the cushions so we could add more fluff if needed. We don’t feel like we need to at all. No rips or tears in the fabric at all!
@dooby6400 thanks for the reply. Very helpful knowing that. I'm swayed towards vimle because of washable covers and optional headrest things. But other half is adamant on this sofa haha
33 inches. And that’s without squishing the top cushions down. You may have to take each section out of the box to fit it through but you should be good to go with a 36 inch doorframe. Actually I just measured our doorframe and it’s also 36 inches, and we had no trouble getting the pieces inside.
can anyone tell me the measurement of the seat backs without the feet. My opening is 28 1/2 inches. The dimension diagram says 29 1/2 but i need to know that measurement minus the wooden feet
Quite a few Costco reviews say seams coming loose and cushions deforming over time. Have you seen that problem (yet)? Considering buying the gray 6pcs set (currently at $2000+tax delivered)
Helpful video, thank you. Door Width Required for Delivery: 38”. Is that accurate? Who has a 38” door? If my door is 32” is that a dealbreaker for delivery?

Thanks for the great review! Is it still good after an year?
The back cushions do come off. There is a hidden zipper on each one.
where would the zippers be?i cannot find it.

Do you still love it a year later? Would love to know how it has held up :)
Your review and tips are very helpful, thank you!
Thank you for this video, you answered all of my questions about this sectional.
Great!
Very helpful detailed review! Thanks!
So I have had this couch for a couple years now. No complaints about it, but I cannot find a slip cover for it ANYWHERE any ideas on where to look??
To remove section just lift up side with no teeth and it disconnects. No need to reach under couch.
MVP.
Just helped my friends out one together. Theirs had zippers and bungee clips to attach the pillows, otherwise it’s exactly the same
What were their initial thoughts, did they like it?
Seems like the sofa has been updated to allow cushions to be unzipped for fluffing up…
Very nice minimalist design and practical for any space.
Do you still love it? Here from the costco reviews lol
How about it. How long have you had it now and are you still happy with the purchase?
@@JohnCassidysuccessyes, we do! Almost two years. No rips or tears and easy to clean. checks all the boxes!
Thanks for this post, it was exactly what I needed to make up my mind. Great vid!
Thank you for your review! I’m sold!
But why didnt the delivery team set it up for you? It’s the beauty of costco service.

Here is the one we have!

Hi. Can you please tell me the length of the wooden feet? trying to figure out if it will fit through my door without the legs. Thanks!
Awesome video, thank you! I only wondered how it sat for adults with the back being a little lower than some. Comfortable on your back?
We really like it. Actually I fall asleep on the couch regularly!
How well has the fabric and cushion held up?
Great! We found zippers at the bottom of the cushions so we could add more fluff if needed. We don’t feel like we need to at all. No rips or tears in the fabric at all!
Would Costco take it back after so many years ?
Hows the couch holding up ? Hear the cushions dip and sag after a few months
No problems over here!
Thank you ! This was helpful 👍
Thanks 👍
Would you mind sharing dimensions on your setup? Thanks
Great review!
I likke your couch a lot but ilike arms on booth ends can I ask how muchit was have a great day
Do you still love it? I saw some reviews about fabric snagging easily and ripping
this is why I'm here
@dooby How is that even possible? Could you make a video and show it?
@dooby6400how has the vimle held up? I'm actually debating between thomasville and vimle. Any pros and cons to both you can point out?
@dooby6400 thanks for the reply. Very helpful knowing that. I'm swayed towards vimle because of washable covers and optional headrest things. But other half is adamant on this sofa haha
Perfect, thank you
What is the height of the back when the legs are off? We want to fit it through a 36 inch doorframe.

Great video...sold us on the unit! :)
Do you know the fabric content? Polyester? Microfiber?
Your pillows didn’t come off mine has the zipper and hooks
That's the new version
Very nice can you provide the link
I couldn’t find them
Thank you
Does it hold up? Do you still recommend it a year later
I would! We’ve not had any issues a year later. I love how easily I can separate the pieces to clean in between the seats too
Thank you!
can anyone tell me the measurement of the seat backs without the feet. My opening is 28 1/2 inches. The dimension diagram says 29 1/2 but i need to know that measurement minus the wooden feet
I’d love to know if the couch is still good today.
It is! We’ve recorded an update but haven’t edited it… long story short- no rips or tears and we still love it!
@@Thebaylybunch thank you! Wow fast reply!
I bought one and it arrives Friday.
Awesome! Hope you love it!
@@Thebaylybunch it feels great in the store. I noticed Costco website allows you to buy the tisdale parts individually so you can expand.
Is this gray or light gray ? This is a helpful video. Thanks!
Dark grey
After 1 year, any update on the sectional?
Quite a few Costco reviews say seams coming loose and cushions deforming over time. Have you seen that problem (yet)? Considering buying the gray 6pcs set (currently at $2000+tax delivered)
We’ve only had it for a couple of months but we haven’t seen that at all. We have the 6pcs set. It gets lots of love with our family of 6.
Have this too one of my cushions was sagging but you can pull them out to fluff it and it looks brand new in less than 5 mins
Hi Bayly, does the ottoman also have the click that can attach it to the sofa? Thanks!
Yes! You can attach the ottoman to the sofa.
So you still love your couch a year later??
Yes! No rips and tears and easy to clean. We’d buy it again!
How much was a year ago??
Helpful video, thank you. Door Width Required for Delivery: 38”. Is that accurate? Who has a 38” door? If my door is 32” is that a dealbreaker for delivery?
Did you order?
Did you ever order? Mine comes Saturday and my opening is 34-35. I was also surprised by that on the website.
You may have to take each piece out of the box to get it through but you shouldn’t have any trouble if you take it out of the box.
Any update on this? I would like to order it costco customer service said that they may not deliver if door width is not 38".
How many boxes were delivered?
How is your sectional holding up to kids?
So far, it’s great! Everyone loves it. We don’t really let them jump on it tons but of course it does happen some. We’re very pleased!
How is this for a bigger guy?
None of our friends have complained. (:
After one year can you do another quick review or respond to this comment? Thanks
It’s on our to do list! We will definitely make another video. In short, we still really like the couch!!
This sectional is uncomfortable sadly
I sat on it in store and I liked it. I only weigh 160 tho.
@@MrChucklepuff I’m about 175 lbs and 5’9” and I find that I have to be forced to slouch on this couch all the time.
@@terraGaliciaXXIV I'm 5’8” and 160 so I may have similar problems but for the brief 5 min I sat on it at Costco it seemed okay.
Thomasville garbageeeeeeeee 😂😂😂😂
