Celtic Woman still has the best Parting Glass performance on record, High kings a close second. This was good but I feel it was overly drawn out to try to force it to sound more emotional and it didn't do it for me.
His accent didn’t come across enough to really make this song epic… i love this song so much and have heard many renditions… this is not my fav never the less I’m a huge enjoyer of his music

What I find funny is that you believe Jesus speaks directly to you. I have faith and I pray, but if Jesus spoke directly to me, I believe I would be in a corner pissing myself and probably have a heart attack. It is not my sins I fear. I will face mine as I we all will. It’s facing the one who died for me and who was I to get such a gift?!

Tullamore Dew's version has a great doze of beautiful and strong voice but still Ed's version seems more magical to me.
