SIMMER POT RECIPE: 1- 12inch tall piping bag (I buy mine at Walmart, but they are available at some Dollar Tree stores).
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 TBS Cloves (roughly, but you can eyeball it)
1/2 cup Cranberries
A spring of mint or rosemary (which ever one you prefer).
2 Cinnamon Sticks
1 orange
CARD SAYING:
When you’re ready to make your home smell amazing, slice the orange and place all ingredients in a simmer pot.
Cover with 2 cups of water and simmer on low.
Enjoy the festive scent this holiday season.
2 INGREDIENT CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE:
1 16oz jar of creamy peanut butter (not crunchy).
1 16 oz can of chocolate icing (not whipped). You can also use vanilla for just normal peanut butter fudge.
Melt in microwave for 1 minute, stir and melt for 30 more seconds.
Pour into 9x9 pan that is lined with parchment paper or greased with nonstick spray.
Refrigerator for 2 hours.
Cut and enjoy or give as a gift this holiday season

I made your stove top potpourri yesterday and gave to my friends at a dinner party. They were so thrilled and amazed at how beautiful they looked! Thank you for such a great idea for my precious friends, you’re amazing, too! I love your happy attitude ❤
Lots of fabulous ideas. I have my Mom's recipe box and a couple years ago I made a wallet sized mini album for my 17 year-old Granddaughter who is a very good baker and filled it with reproductions of some of the cards for the best Christmas cookies she made. Since she had passed before my Granddaughter was born at least she has a keepsake of my Mom. Food gifts are always well received, especially if the recipient is one who doesn't like to cook or bake and they are so fun to make. Your presentation ideas take those gifts over the top.
Leslie, what beautiful ideas. I love the handwritten recipe idea. One little suggestion is to make a color copy of the original so the yellowed vintage paper shows, I think that would be beautiful. I found a silhouette of my Mother from her school days. I color copied and put it in an oval frame. I made one for each of my siblings. It came out beautiful. I love your zest for whatever it is you're doing. God bless you (and Jason).

SO incredibly awesome ideas. My daughter has an artistic app that allowed her to replicate my late mother’s recipe cards. The most beautiful and thoughtful gift I’ve ever received. I’m going to make up some reindeer hot chocolate cones for my grandsons, 5 & 7. We have the privilege of my daughter and her family flying from Ohio to western CO for Christmas. The boys will LOVE! The simmer pot is a great idea! Recommend rosemary vs mint. Mint will go bad in plastic quicker than rosemary

I am making it for a "Daddy & Son" gift for my hubby and my oldest Son who is 12 .. they LOVE experimenting and creating in the kitchen. Please, I would love for you to do a baking one. My Momma died a few years ago, My Mother in law is literally in her last few days of life, and I do not have anyone to help show me things. Sure I can find things if I Google, but I want to learn TRUE Family things.. I want to make special things for my family too, I just don't have anyone to show me. This would mean so much to this Momma wanting to do things for her family that will be special and can become traditions.

I had my mother’s Strawberry Cake recipe put on a plate. I’ve had for years so I don’t remember what it cost. I found an add in Good Housekeeping for this. I just love it.

I loved today's video, Leslie! All great ideas! I love the framed recipe idea. I have several of my Mom's recipes in her handwriting. I have 5 siblings and this will make a great gift. Please do a Christmas baking video! My Mom loved to bake but every time I asked her for a recipe, she'd just shrug and say, "Oh, it's all in my head." For some reason, she never wrote any of those down! I knew that I had to watch her making something, which I never took the time to do. Then she had a stroke and lost all interest in baking. All of her tried and true recipes were lost forever. I am still trying to replicate her date squares. So, I'm happy to get new recipes.

I might put the hot chocolate bag is nice in a mug to fancy it up a bit.
The peanut butter fudge looks yummy! Another great recipe you might also like is made with sweetened condensed milk, butter and melted chocolate. One more ingredient, but I do like the buttery richness.
