My father stepped into a tricky death trap laid by a dishonest cardio surgeon in a South Indian corporate hospital of Bangalore . The world ranking doctor did AAA , CABG and CHOLESTOMY together on a 75 year old patient without discussing the risk factors . Then followed TREAKESTOMY, THORACENTESIS, BLOOD INFECTION AND SEPTOCEMIA in the ventilation. I had no previous idea that a surgeon can misguide an innocent patient to death almost deliberately. We could have availed better treatments in West Bengal Hospitals where surgeons are at least sensible.

This lead placement is inaccurate. First as clinicians we've to identify the Angle of Louis at the manubriosternal joint in the sternum, laterally on both sides we've 2nd rib then we've to palpate each rib and intercostal space and move downwards....

Even V4 is not in midclavicular line. Also that V5 and V6 are not placed in anterior and mid axillary lines. This is major problem in India, we place precordial leads improperly most of the times leading to wrong interpretation and diagnosis.
