They did not believe such a learned person would settle for such a naive woman who had a son from a previous relationship. The brothers even attempted to pay him almost half a million shillings to leave his wife and settle for a Burundian woman. They also started spreading rumors that he was impotent and could not conceive a child. However, his Kenyan wife gave birth to their daughter few years ago and this family is determined to stick together for better for worse
