I love this perfect pushup! Im not overweight i just wasnt in shape-up. I could barely knock out 10 push-ups and this was me like back in Sept. NOW, i can max out explosive push-ups especially do 80+ push-ups and not feel anything especially break a sweat. We got to change our life-styles, the way we live, eat, and see the perspective of our well being guys. "If we have HEALTH then we also have WEALTH, with those two things we can be happy and satisfied!" GOD BLESS, STAY STRONG & HEALTHY!!!

When I first saw the exercise it looked easy but I just finished the whole thing a few minutes ago and my arms were so sore I could hardly do a regular pushup. This is definitely worth the money If you want a ripped chest.

I do 200+ perfect push-up 3-5 days a week with jump roping for 30 -45 seconds in between sets.
Since the covid lockdown, this has been my regimen with 75 pull-ups from a ceiling mounted pull-up bar . My arms are toned, chest looks good, and I’ve lost 40 lbs “with ok eating”
They absolutely work! I remember when my arms start trembling when I first started.
      I was doing 50 pushups ( 5 reps) each time 3-5 days a week.
Now I do 20-30 reps each time I go down. Some days I get dominos or cards .
I pull a card or domino , then do the amount from the item pulled .
      Kings and Queens 10 reps
      Aces 1 or 11 reps
      Jokers 20 reps.

Why is this damn video five minutes long? It should be five seconds long. All we want to know is whether the handles end up parallel or perpendicular to the body.

I was in the same boat i was 6'5 165 stuff like this wont help you get bigger as much as lifting weights will. Although i recommend doing stuff like this on off days its best to lift free weights on a rotation if your looking to put on weight. The problem is that your so light that your strength to weight ratio is amazing so you really aren't going to get big gains out of this. Look to do 8-15 reps of a weight on strength or endurance days and then 6-8 power days that makes you gain a lot faster

If anyone is having a hard time deciding whether or not to try this product I highly recommend that you try it. It really does work and the best part about it is you see results so quickly. The first three days you'll be sore but that's progress. great product been using it for over 2 years now.

I've had these things for over a year and I'm a guy with minimal muscle mass but I promise you that after I used the perfect pushups I saw results. You have to want to do it. I just do normal pushups with them but it still works. I definitely recommend these to any guys out there with small upper frames like myself that want to see some results in upper body definition.

I've been using these for almost a year. It's just like normal pushups, but the Perfect Pushup's rotating feature helps and prevents straining my wrists. It's also elevated, so there's more room for my chest to go down deeper for better results.

My bench was at 225 and with in one year of using this with a weighted vest it jumped up to 335, it's such a good workout...... for the upper body, as well it tones the abs and gets them strong also.....i would recomend this for anyone looking to get toned and strong or bulk up it just matters how you do the reps

the reason it works is basic evolutionary principles. there is no such thing as "loosing belly fat. " when you lose fat you lose in in order of how easy is to keep. so first you lose it in the extremities, then chest and face, then finally the belly, where it is the easiest to store, at the center. when you run after waking up, and follow it with a good meal, you are inadvertently telling your metabolic infrastructure that there is no need to store extra fat. after a month of this u will see

For example, if your max is 20, you would do 20, followed by 12, followed by 8..all under 2 minutes. And you do three sets of those..every 2 days.

  • @topgrain

Stick to your ordinary ones. The shoulder muscles should be stabilized when under the load that a pushup puts on them. The twisting of the shoulder while under full load that these cause can damage to your rotator cuff. Once damaged, it's slow (if ever) to heal.

First you gotta knock out as many regular width push-ups with the Perfect Push up as possible. Next, you compare the total number of push-ups that you did to the numbers on the chart.
