It's a great effect and I would like to use it one day, but the problem is that I don't see the letters to be able to adjust their size. I see them blowing up when I hit the play button, but after that I only see the frame, not the letter itself like in your video. Thanks!

The PPT has all the Capital and Lower case letters. You can download the PPT and then copy and paste particular letters into your presentation. Hope that will help.
