- This was my best run against Rodin using this weapon, though this recording was kinda ruined
by the black hole noise during the second phase but it does go away.
KRAKEN/CASSIOPEIA up NEXT!

What I love most about watching your Bayo 3 gameplay is that you have such an intimacy with the combat and weapons. It really brings the game to life. Thank you for still making bayo 3 videos. It honestly means a lot.
Bayonetta 3 currently is my favorite action game right now and to be honest, it’s comments like these that brought me back to playing the game again so thanks for watching these. 🙏
Watching this after your Stellar Blade and Hoyoverse videos, makes one understand better that Platinum really had to nerf or keep simple this game's graphics and for it not to be open-world for Bayonetta 3 to work at all on Switch. At times, you are controlling or summoning not only 4-flying lasers and Bayonetta herself but also 4 Labolas, at very high speeds, while fighting enemies. We are talking here about a console that Capcom considers very difficult for it to run games with simpler, slower, or less intense combat, such as RE 7-8, SF6, or DMC5. The Switch cannot even run at a stable 60 fps Bayonetta Origins nor Paper Mario 2's remake. But Platinum and Nintendo just decided to go ahead and release this on Switch. Same goes for the Nier Automata Switch port. The absolute madmen.
b3 feels like b2's tag climax but always on umbran climax. you can tell when the console is gonna struggle when two players are popping the climax at the same time.... from multiple weaves to chaotic finishers... this game most likely would've survived the b2 aesthetic but it would be toned to 30 fps if things got more chaotic.
this game is insanely better than 2.... i know because... my account is littered with b2 content. i honestly want b3 to have some level of dlc and massive update on the graphics (or the story revamp) and it would actually rival the other two games.
other than that, b3 has mods that *make* the game better, but this game ultimately suffers at the hand of graphics tbh.
Any game is better on PC with mods though. People fixed the character models in RE2 remake, made best girl Joy playable in Bayonetta 1, fixed the slow speed of DMCV, make GTAs in general better games, allow any female character to be playable in DoA, produce better skins for fighting game characters than official devs, or allow you to practice long combos without enemies dying right away in Nier Automata. 😅
@@quehay45 that nier automata one was ELITE. you heard that shit from me.
but anyways you right, and wish you an incredible day ahead
Maybe I’m blinded but I never once even thought of the graphics of this game being all that bad, Though I can understand the stable fps problem.
This game was made for a better console though hands down. The Demon Slave Mechanic is the best part of this game, literally made a whole guide on it but sometimes the mechanic can be ruined by poor performance due to frame rate lmao
@@ITheHeatTheOne While I haven't run this game on PC at 4k 60 fps, I have seen some channels, such as HighRunner, playing Bayonetta 3 under those settings, and it looks sooo good on a 4k screen. I own the game on Switch but wouldn't mind an officially enhanced version on the Switch's successor or PC. And of course, for Bayonetta Origins to run at 60 fps (beautiful game and story but 60 fps are always welcome). Hopefully, Microsoft and Sony will reconsider supporting future Bayonetta installments because right now Nintendo and SEGA are the ones financially supporting the franchise. And I get the feeling it's mostly Nintendo.
Dropping by here to say that since I got back into the game I tried out Cruel Altea/Labolas on Witch Trials and absolutely loved it. I'm still not used to the combos and charge modifiers, but really love the masquerade aesthetics and Labolas is a goated wink slave
The Voltron Weapon. Honestly, an interesting concept of Undine, Bazillions and Odette combined into one weapon set.
Those are weapons from the previous games right?
@@ITheHeatTheOne yep. Bazillions' the laser guns, Undine's the flame/icethrowers and Odette are the skates.
Those ones are my favorites!
You forgot to put your witch trials 3 using abracadabra in the playlist
At first, I wasn't a big fan of CA... I _haaaate_ rocket fists, I swear that's some of the dumbest sh*t ever, but the fact that CA's rocket fists are _guided_ redeems it for me. Also, the _lasers._
WAIT rodin's attacks get blocked by cruel altea???
i've tried to play around with them, and they can block some attacks but HOLY shit you can see how well the weapons block off "unintentionally" some enemy attacks that it's basically impossible for the player to get hit.... crazy
I’m confused you mean during the start of the video? I always start the fight the same way and not all of his attacks can be avoided by the demon masquerade. Rodin’s wicked weaves just seem to just not work though lol
@ITheHeatTheOne the hitbox for cruel altea actually blocks some enemy attacks. though most of them can be visually "seen" by the masquerade dodging some attacks.... the weapon itself *can* block some attacks. watch it back and you'll see how some of them get unaffected bc of the weapon.
