Hey holdy :). I use a Hakko FX-888 soldering iron that I've had for about 10 years now. They have newer digital versions that are similar. I am not experienced with soldering really small components, like BGA chips. When I've seen others work at that scale, they usually used solder paste and a reflow oven or a heat gun type of soldering operation.
