Your lectures are very helpful Sir I watch your maximum videos during semester exam and I got best result due to you sir Very very thank you sir Keep it up Your lectures are very easy to understand and your language are also easy to understand
Buddy you have talk about most of Biotechnological products are formed during late logphase and early stationary phase, what's the reason behind that? Means we have other phases also why this parts of phases?
A broth is inoculated to 2 ×10^2 cells/mL. If the lag phase is 20 minutes and the generation time is 10 minutes, how many cells are there at the end of 60 minutes?
Fantastic sir...bt i have a question. ..that during stationary phase why bacteria don't produce endospore. ..plz sir reply must...i have a presentation on monday...plz
mate, if you have 20 bacteria, and 20 minutes later you have 40 bacteria, then each bacterium will have divided once. So your generation time is 20 minutes not 1 minute, because your population has doubled, which equals one generation.
Your lectures are very helpful Sir
