Dr. M. Shamsher Ali is a former president of the Bangladesh Academy of Sciences, former vice-chancellor of Southeast University and former founder vice-chancellor of Bangladesh Open University. Dr. Ali was Scientific Officer, Atomic Energy Commission (AEC). One factor contributing to the shortage of science and mathematics teachers is that many people have chosen science and mathematics education as a last resort. As a result, the current paper attempts to identify the types of incentives that could be offered to talented individuals considering a career in science and mathematics education. Because the current trend in graduate studies is primarily toward computer science and information technology, biology, including genetic science engineering, and because this trend appears to have undervalued the importance of science and mathematics, this paper proposes that students at the elementary level be taught that without mathematics, the secrets of many of nature's fundamental processes cannot be understood at a deeper level. Moreover, Professor Ali attended seminars, symposia, and conferences all over the world. He shared some useful information about Quantum Physics and how it relates to human minds in those videos! He has also used amusing examples from his own life to demonstrate the accuracy and importance of the Quantum Method course!
