I just purchased one, gosh the recording footage looks amazing and many camera can't capture a bike ride they go all blurry when shaken. The cons don't sound too bad, although I don't have one yet, so maybe I could be frustrated later on down the track at some point.
I am thinking about getting a gooro hero 9 but i have some questions can you connect it to the chest mount and also does it come with an SD card and does it connect to phones?
Good to know. I bought an 8 and it had an issue with repairing the video file and would stop recording. GoPro is sending me a GoPro 9 to replace it. The information you provided is going to be useful once it arrives.
@@Czarwenn Short explanation Turn off the GoPro Remove the memory card Format the memory card in your PC Download the update from the GoPro website Unzip the files from the PC onto the memory card Place the memory card in the GoPro Start the GoPro It will update automatically. Don’t interrupt the process. After the update is done format the card to remove the update files.
@@reviewrattlesnakehould I just return this and go with an akaso? I’m only riding my scooter and using it at my desk. I have 14 days left. This is much more than I had planned on spending lol. I can have either akaso brave for under $200 with lots of accessories
I paid $200 dollars and mine new from Amazon has the latest firmware.The screen is true touch screen.😊

Yes, yes, and yes.
Mine didn't come with a scan disk. I bought it and extra batteries.
@@steadymanosthat’s not what SD stands for. San Disk does make SD cards though.
Did you update to the latest firmware 1.72? After the update, the touchscreen is much more responsive.

Remove the memory card

Download the update from the GoPro website
Unzip the files from the PC onto the memory card
Place the memory card in the GoPro
Start the GoPro
It will update automatically. Don’t interrupt the process.

So far I haven’t seen any issues.

It happens a lot with my GoPro 9
It appears to be less prone to overheating when shooting in 1080P. It gets noticeably hotter in 4K.

The gopro is waterproof, I would expect it to overheat.

And the latest Go pro 12? for £399.
For 200£ it's a fantastic bargain. Wether the improvements of the Hero 12 are worth double the price is up to you. For me personally It is not.

I used this one on the hero 7 and it worked!
My hero 9 broken after 3 years. Cannot record more than 1 minute, it get crash.
Replace your SD card with a brand new Sandisk Extreme Pro 128GB, reformat it in the camera, and it will work again.
@@DrivingPhilippines I have refeshed firmware. And it happens in webcam mode without battery and SD card. Nothings works 😶
Go get the gopro and see if are eligible for a new one. For a 99$. U can get a new one
