Meri mummy is my motivation, she was a normal housewife and living in a small village in kerala. She started investing in post office savings schme in 1981 with 30rs. Per month.. after 5yrs she got I think 2500 or 3k she purchased an indira vikas patra for 5yrs. In this way she had collected rs. 10 lakhs by 2005.
Now I say her
Mummy if you could have been entered in the stock market that time you would be a multi millionaire.
Same the case with my mother she flipped 5-6 houses in her life which made us our current house in mumbai valued at 70l, to which I'm really proud of my mom 🙂

How about inflation how can we adjust inflation with CAGR how to exactly get a CAGR with rate of inflation
Find out the return(in percentage) for the given period and subtract the cumulative inflation for the same given period now calculate the cagr from the data you get by subtracting the above, you will get net cagr(inflation adjusted)

I want to know how compounding breaks if I sell the stocks?? suppose if I sell the stock and then it goes down then i re-buy the stocks with the same amount I got on selling (obviously I will get more stocks with the same amount ) !! is it more profitable ?? and rate of return will be more than the actual CAGR !! plz, clarify Abhisekh sir🙏🙏 !! assumption -- I can predict when the market will go down or up and I can sell or buy the stocks respectively!!
After booking each time u will end up paying additional stt and tax which will keep on reducing your resturns by 2-3% on any churn. Basically your charges will also compound!

If you are able to predict top & bottom, it will definitely increase your CAGR.

@@mrfinance7544 Assuming you are making 8-10% by buying & selling. Paying 2-3% in tax/brokerage will not impact much of your CAGR in fact it will increase your overall CAGR. You will lose only when your profit is less than your taxes+brokerage. You can just put this scenario on paper & you will get to know by yourself. Thanks
