While plenty of people have achieved that many total resets, keep in mind the average speedrunner rarely reaches more than a few hundred strongholds in real runs. No more than 8 eyes has ever been found randomly.

When Mojang removed boats breaking, they didn't actually remove it. Just added a new function on top and hoped it would override the old function in all circumstances. Spoiler: It didn't.
