Ajax ReX 2 | Radio and Ethernet Alarm Signal Range Extender

ReX 2 is the signal range extender of Ajax wireless alarm systems. It can connect to the main Hub via radio and Ethernet. You will be able to broaden the scope of the alarm system and connect any Ajax device when the wireless connection conditions are not optimal, or when detectors are too far from the hub.
Besides, with the launch of Malevich 2.13 firmware, you will be able to connect the ReX 2 signal range extender with your central panel (Hub 2 or Hub 2 Plus) through Ethernet, from the same local network. This will make your installation suitable for any number of scenarios such as warehouses with metallic structures, buildings with underground parking lots or factories and big industrial sites.

Can you plz clarify this, this must be on same network where the hub is connected or it can be any internet which will communicate to hub via ajax cloud platform??
