Terrible location in the middle of an industrial area. Way overpriced. $10M house max. This will be on the market for a very lllllooooong time.

i think the industrial area is probably 1 mile down the road. I agree it's overpriced. But not by that much probably
just such awful taste throughout the house, such a shame this was built during what probably was the worst period of "luxury" homebuilding taste wise.
This is without a doubt a complete teardown and I think that's why it still hasn't sold 10+ years later
