JD bhai jab daal bhigate hai usme thodi methi dana half tablespoon jitna ya 10 grm jitna daal dena chahiye ,maine ek south Indian madam ka video dekha tha unhone bola tha ke methi dana daalne se furmentation achha hota hai , aap ek bar try kar ke dekhiye , koi bhi batter me fermentation karna ho toh uss daal ya rice me thodi si methi dana daalne se achha fermentation process hota hai 😊🙏
