As a student who spends a lot of time studying I watch a lot of vids on UA-cam that have good music to play in the background. Vids like this that don't have ads every 3 minutes are becoming all too infrequent and I appreciate the upload. Thank you.

It's a well-known fact at this point that YT will automatically place ads in a video once it's popular enough; the channel has to manually remove them. If you refuse to watch any channel with ads in their videos, you might as well just stop watching UA-cam altogether... Unless you enjoy supporting mega corps more than small content creators.

no, there is audio bitrate and video bitrate. And 1080p videos can share the same audio bitrate as 4k or even 8k videos.
