On a 30 year fixed at an interest rate of 5.68% your monthly payment would be $14,478 per month or $173,736 annually even if you earned $300k a year you wouldn’t have much left for expenses. It’s a cool property but over time won’t hold its value as well as if it it purchased a single family home
