Watching your Mets Darth Bader just went YARD for a second time..
Vader sucked when he was a Yankee
Fun Fact: Harrison Bader is Scott Baio's (Chachi from Happy Days) cousin
We grew up living in a tenement building where the bathroom was in the hallway where 3 other families shared. No sink, just a toilet. There were 5 of us in a one bedroom apartment. Mom and dad slept in the bedroom and my brother, sister and myself slept in the living room. The bathtub was in the kitchen. There was always food on the table and a roof over our heads. We were a happy family.
That's what I call a HOME brother. You had the most important things in life some mansions never have.
Sound like lyrics from Supreme"s song.
I agree about Social Security, luckily my age was 65, but 70 is long time to work.
I just looked at a new tiny home for $110,000. The numbers make sense right now. Average Maine home price $400,000.
Sear Catalog used to sell houses that you build. It’s started in early 1900 till 1940. It happen to get people to buy materials that they sold
A bathroom with shower 🚿 & toilet & sink & fridge , microwave & A/C & double bed is enough 👌
That's all I need. An ocean view would seal the deal!
Nice live my friend. I wonder where they or if they would designate large areas to build the tiny homes. Affordable housing just ain’t working pal. Thanks Terry. Be safe man. 👋🏽🙏🏽🏄🏽♂️
@@surfboard396 Thank you brother and thanks for your kind support!! I agree. Affordable housing has become an oxymoron my friend

Thank you Mike! Onward and Upward brother!!
We started in 2020 to down size, we sold off a cottage as I felt it was starting to control our lives, since then we have been minimalizing so much clutter, It feels so good to be free of stuff. Like the idea of a small house, but would rent first to see if the wife could adjust to the lifestyle. As a Boomer, Kid Free, we love our space of 1200 sq ft mortgage free. Florida R.E. is too expensive.
Was on vacation going to watch this
There are people who have switched over to tiny homes and feel that they are now free to live life. Not bound and a slave to a big mortgage. Simplicity is brilliance.
Every person I’ve ever known named Miles has been a good person. The name itself makes me feel melancholy as I had a very close friend by the name. I had known him for over 20 years and tragically he decided one day to take his own life.
That's so sad brother, sorry to hear it. By the way, the name of the main character in my book? Myles.
Such a beautiful beach and you have it to yourself 👍
@@salata95 Just me and the sharks!
9:50 If Al Gore ever moves into a "tiny house" to minimize his "eco footprint," then I'll consider doing the same. Until then, I say people are chumps for buying into it.
I need caption please.
Weneed to build Army Barracks and have 6 families to livr in in. Who whatct livr in a Shed.
We need a Trump Vilage of Mid size homes. Lets think Big@
Florida has allowed exceptionally dense construction as compared with other states. The big problem, starting 3-4 years ago is a flood of people started coming in. Exceptional demand. You can have building codes but leave the problem to developers/builders to decide what the market wants and not some woke planning board filled with miserable lawyers.
Of course in Florida the HOA's are a major issue because developers built these monstrosity facilities to draw people. In my opinion they are far less relevant but are very expensive to keep. Most individuals don't want to be bothered with what a board does and just want to leave it to them to decide. Where my mom lives they just spent $7 million on their facilities. Another one in Boca just spent $30 million. If people would care enough, a big hammer would be taken to these golf courses, club houses, ect....Stop forcing cable & internet on the people. A unecessary expense. Human nature dictates that things will get worse first, collapse, these maybe clear heads will prevail.
People running to S. Carolina. Milder climate, plenty of new construction, almost no taxes and not filled with expensive garbage amenities no one really wants. Florida is a far more mature market. It will take a while to start attacking the mess.
