It is similar to other parts of the world. Dubai is open, Everything was open at the airport. Everything seemed open in the city. The hotel will check your covid test and make sure you have those with you. They will check the temperate and so on. Nothing different than ny where else. But Dubai is OPEN compare to other cities.

In st regis abu dhabi, i will say do half board, because there are so many other places to go and enjoy middle eastern food and it is cheaper. if it was st regis maldives or bora bora, where it will be super expensive to buy lunch dinner separate, then i will go with full board.
