My friend is 5' 1" and she was able to comfortably ride the IGO when the seat was on the lowest setting. For someone 5'0" they might not be fully flat footed when seated but if that isn't an issue I believe it would work. I would suggest finding a demo unit to try just to be sure.

Exactly the same specs as the 3D. just a different frame.
Do you know that dimensions of the front rack?
