The fact it can run to Crewe on the electric, then switch to diesel from Crewe makes it a winner for me.
I quite like the Class 805 Evero. The Class 807 AC only Evero is schedule to enter service before the end of this year.
I don't love the brand name, but the trains look like a good experience!
I'm not sure about the brand name "Evero" either. It just doesn't excite me as much as "Pendolino". Top marks for the train itself, such a comfortable experience on board with impressive acceleration away from the platform
