@@JuanCarrillo-x1tthis didnt work for me either but i found out that if you go to settings then accounts then other users if you click on the account you want removed it should give you the option to remove
but it wont keep your files i dont think

Nope. That process doesn't allow me to delete the Local Administrator Account.
Also, be careful everyone. You could end up not getting back into Windows.

This didn't work. It actually added two new accounts on my startup called "SecAdmin" and it created a 2nd "Administrator" account and none of my passwords are working to login. I am worse off now that before.

To anyone who is reading this comment. For me, after following every step there was no delete button on the control panel in the administrator account. Also this messed my computer making all my files, my icloud and one drive not working. Also the administrator account got duplicated when I first start up my computer. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know

At video last there is an option whether you can keep the files or Delete you have to choose so they didn't tell what to click I think you might click on delete
