Kung titipirin and mga yan ay dapat siguro huwag na lang mag ambisyon ng mga high end na equipment kung kulang o kaya inferior ang mga ilalagay na armas. Puede naman na bumili na lang ng maraming shore based anti ship missiles para hindi masyadong mahal.
